I am a global ecumenical liaison with Global Ecumenical Partnerships of the Unified Agency of Presbyterian Church (USA). My journey began some time ago, through growing up in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia, through a 28-year-career as a newspaper reporter and editor and through my faith experiences. I lived in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, for seven years. I served as a companionship facilitator with Joining Hands, a program through Presbyterian Church (USA). I continued serving the people of Haiti though from Virginia for another five years, for a short time from the Dominican Republic. In February, I came full circle, settling in Staunton, Va.
